At Ensō Coaching and Consulting, we are passionate about maximizing human potential through effective conversations. We believe in creating a safe space for you to come as you are and experience life-changing transformation and growth for you, your families, and your business.

What is ENSŌ?

The ensō is a symbol representing enlightenment and the perfection in imperfection.

It is a practice in Japanese calligraphy requiring the creator to be open, free, and present - the ensō representing the perfection of where they are today yet allowing for movement and development.

My name is Leslie Vander Gheynst and I am the founder of Ensō Coaching and Consulting. My background is a unique cross between business executive, mother, and artist. I have almost 20 years experience specializing in leadership, business strategy, hr/recruiting, workplace culture, talent development, and building and motivating teams. I am an Executive Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, and hold certifications in Human Resources and Recruiting, Behavior, Cultural Intelligence, and am a certified Unconscious Bias Instructor.

As someone who holds a deep curiosity in humans, I’ve spent many years studying leadership, behavior, motivators, and biases. Through lots of failure, I learned the importance in leading the self first and then leading externally.

I believe we already have all the answers we need and I am here to support you in your transformation. I look forward to working with you and supporting you in your journey.
