As a former C-Suite executive herself and someone who holds a deep curiosity in humans, Leslie spent many years studying leadership, behavior, motivators, and biases and recognizes the importance of a deep sense of awareness and curiosity in order to lead effectively.

Leslie is an Executive and Business Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, and hold certifications in Human Resources and Recruiting, Behavior, Cultural Intelligence, and Unconscious Biases.
