Leslie is the founder and executive coach of Ensō Coaching and Consulting. She has over 20 years experience specializing in leadership, business strategy, hr/recruiting, workplace culture, talent development, and building and motivating teams.

As a C-Suite executive herself and someone who holds a deep curiosity in humans, Leslie spent many years studying leadership, behavior, motivators, and biases and recognizes the importance of a deep sense of awareness and curiosity in order to lead affectively.

Leslie is an Executive Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, and hold certifications in Human Resources and Recruiting, Behavior, Cultural Intelligence, and a certified Unconscious Bias Instructor.
